What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the enquiry form, that is your name, email address, phone number, company or brand name, the service you selected, and your project brief. If you email or message us instead, we hold whatever is in that message.
Why we hold it
To reply to your enquiry, to quote for the work, and to run the project if you go ahead. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a mailing list without you asking.
Where it goes
The enquiry form on this site does not store anything on this website. When you press send, your details are handed to your own email app or to WhatsApp, and the message is delivered from there. That means the message sits with your email or messaging provider and with ours — currently email hosting and, where you choose it, WhatsApp. If a form backend is connected later, this section must be updated to name that provider.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for accounting and for the record of what was agreed, and then deleted.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers of its own. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers and Google may log that request. If you would rather avoid that, the fonts can be self-hosted — ask and we will do it.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Email spilanthstudioofficial@gmail.com and we will act on it within thirty days. If you are unhappy with how we handled a request, you can escalate to the relevant data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry details are held in ordinary business email and messaging accounts protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfect, and we will tell you promptly if we ever become aware of a breach affecting your details.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect details from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
